Welcome to PrayerTune. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to PrayerTune. PrayerTune operates this website and all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services") to provide you with a curated experience.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced here (collectively, the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), explain your rights and obligations when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. PrayerTune may accept or decline orders at its discretion. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible once accepted. If we do not accept or must change an order, we will attempt to contact you at the email address provided.

You represent that purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when your order is placed and will be shown in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Promotions may have separate terms. If there is a conflict, the promotion terms control.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information and to update it promptly so we can complete transactions and contact you if needed.

You represent and warrant that the payment method you provide is valid and authorized, and that you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes or fees.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY

We deliver purchased services by making an access link available and may also send a courtesy email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure our messages can be received. Delivery is complete when the access link is made available, whether or not you open the email, click the link, or receive the notification.

After delivery, responsibility for access and the risk of loss passes to you. Please check spam or junk folders if you do not see our email. Access links may be time-limited, changed, or disabled without notice. We do not promise ongoing hosting, archiving, backup, re-delivery, or continued availability.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays or access issues caused by events outside our control or by your devices, software, internet service, or email settings.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and the design and arrangement of content, are owned by PrayerTune or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial right to use the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use our materials without prior written consent. Nothing here grants you any license to our patents, trademarks, or copyrights beyond what is expressly stated.

You grant PrayerTune a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display materials you provide, outputs delivered to you, and communications with us for operational, promotional, or other lawful purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents for any names, voices, likenesses, or personal data you provide, including for minors, and you waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law. We may offer sharing features at our discretion and can limit, condition, or revoke them at any time.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsements.

Your use of optional tools is at your own risk, and you should review the relevant third-party terms before using them.

We may add new features or tools in the future. Any new features will be considered part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

Feedback reflects the opinions of the individuals who provide it and does not necessarily reflect PrayerTune's views. We do not independently verify Feedback.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery times, or availability. We may correct errors and update information or cancel orders at any time without notice, including after an order is submitted.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, transmit spam or malicious code, misrepresent identity, or otherwise misuse the Services.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY PRAYERTUNE, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT DISCLAIMERS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 15 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAYERTUNE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A GIVEN PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THAT PURCHASE, NET OF ANY REFUNDS OR FEES, AND WE MAY SATISFY ANY LIABILITY BY RE- DELIVERY OR REFUND WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.

SECTION 16 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrayerTune and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Services.

We will notify you of any claim where feasible and may control the defense and settlement. You will cooperate in the defense of any indemnified claim.

SECTION 17 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 18 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms and any policies posted on the site form the entire agreement between you and PrayerTune and supersede prior agreements or communications.

Any ambiguities will not be interpreted against the drafting party.

SECTION 19 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. PrayerTune may assign these Terms and related rights without notice.

SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PrayerTune is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration where permitted, and class actions are waived. The American Arbitration Association rules apply, and parties may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property matters.

We may update these Terms by posting changes on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SECTION 23 - REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Our products are custom and digital, so sales are generally final once work begins or delivery occurs. Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to support@prayertune.com and may be approved or declined based on order status.

Refunds are at our discretion. Add-ons, rush delivery, and upgrades are non-refundable once purchased.

If we fail to deliver substantially as described, we may re-deliver the product or issue a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may be reduced by processing or third-party costs where permitted by law.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@prayertune.com so we can help. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may delay resolution, and we may dispute improper chargebacks.
